Molly is a gorgeous 2-3 year old who was found as a stray. She is a self-assured gal who is active and looks forward to a new home with a family that will take her on long walks and spend lots of time with her. Besides joining in family activities, she really adores sofa snuggles, watching movies, and sleeping in the big bed with you (if allowed). She will also enjoy a fenced yard in her new home since she has plenty of youthful energy. She has a fabulous nose for smells and would love to be trained at tracking or some other similar venture. She is smart and will enjoy a family that will challenge her intellect. Molly is confident when meeting new people friends. She is fine with kids. She would be fine as an only dog but might also enjoy a companion dog to romp with. She is a bit dominant with other dogs so would need a compatible playmate. Molly does have anxiety with thunderstorms. She also has some generalized anxiety and needs an experienced family that can work with her. Molly tends to have a high need for company and needs a family in which someone is home fairly often, a very interactive family. She is good in the house when left alone for moderate periods, as long as there are no storms while you are gone. She is not very fond of being crated but is not destructive when left loose in the house, according to her prior family. She has been in a home recently and we will be happy to share all the details about her if you are interested in meeting Molly. She is a beautiful, loving, very intelligent girl who will adore you thoroughly, but she does have a high energy level and needs an experienced family who can help her to resolve her anxieties. She does love to have a job to do and enjoys challenges so, if you are wanting to train her as a tracking dog or enjoy a smart dog that you can play lots of games with, Molly may be the one for you!
